Terms of Service

A reservation is confirmed when the 20% advance payment is completed online. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery. Vehicles are held only for confirmed reservations.

Drivers must be at least 21 (25 for selected high-performance vehicles) and hold a valid licence for a minimum of one year. UAE residents require an Emirates ID and UAE licence; tourists require a passport, valid visa and an accepted home-country licence or International Driving Permit.

A refundable security deposit applies per vehicle and is collected at pickup by card pre-authorisation or cash. It is refunded after the rental once traffic fines and Salik tolls are cleared, typically within 7–14 working days.

Standard rentals include 250 km per day unless stated otherwise. Excess mileage is charged at the per-kilometre rate shown on the vehicle page. Vehicles must remain within the UAE unless written consent is given. Off-road use, racing and subletting are prohibited.

All rentals include comprehensive insurance. In the event of an accident, a police report is mandatory. The hirer is liable for the insurance excess and for damage not covered by the policy (including negligence, prohibited use or driving under influence).

Traffic fines, Salik tolls and fuel are the hirer's responsibility and are settled from the deposit or invoiced after return.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund of the advance. Within 48 hours, the advance is retained as a cancellation fee. Extensions are subject to availability and are confirmed via our concierge.
