When you book or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, and — for rentals — identity and driving licence documents required by UAE regulations. Payment details are processed securely by our payment partner; we never store your full card number.

We use your information to process reservations, verify identity as required by UAE law, communicate about your booking, and improve our service. With your consent we may send occasional offers — you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers essential to your rental (payment processing, insurance, and authorities where legally required).

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorised staff. Rental records are retained as required by UAE law; other data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above.
